A Selangor contractor, 14 years in
WY GLOBAL (KL) SDN BHD has grown from a small cleaning crew into a workforce of around 300 people covering cleaning, maintenance, landscaping and renovation for buildings across the Klang Valley.
How the company works
The business was registered in 2012 and has operated from Ampang ever since. Most of the work is monthly contract cleaning for condominium joint management bodies, where a stationed crew handles common areas, washrooms, car parks and refuse rooms, and the consumables that go with them.
Alongside those contracts we take the repair work that buildings cannot plan for. Drain leaks, blocked sewer lines, rusted manhole covers, broken fittings and post-renovation cleaning are quoted as a lump sum per job, carried out by our own workers, and invoiced with photographs of the finished work.
Smaller ad-hoc jobs are sometimes invoiced under RIPON, an associated trading name operating from 446, Batu 7.5, Jalan Ulu Klang, 68000 Ampang, Selangor. Same people, same crews, same standard of work.
We bid tenders for larger properties and institutional clients, and we keep the costing history behind every bid so pricing stays consistent from one year to the next.
